supportHello, thanks for this great plugin! The issue I have: Where do I find the SQL files from this plugin? I can export / import the 3 Woocommerce shipping SQL files: xxx_woocommerce_shipping_zones.sql xxx_woocommerce_shipping_zone_locations.sql xxx_woocommerce_shipping_zone_methods.sql But it doesn’t include any data from this plugin. OR is there any other way to export and import this data? I ship to 50+ countries with different shipping methods, zones and rates AND I have 3 websites. So I really need a way to do postal rate updates only once, not 3 times. Thanks, Gi The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link]
Please, can someone help me? I need to know, where the data of this plugin is being stored, either per FTP or SQL (phpMyAdmin). I need to “copy” (ex- / import) all my entries (shipping rates, etc) from 1 website to 2 other websites. Thankful for any reply.
OK, I found the entries in table: “xxx_options” named “woocommerce_oik_weight_zone_shipping_xxx_settings”. BUT when I try to filter, select and export (via the export button at the bottom in “Query results operations”), it says: “ Error: Token mismatch ” Any ideas?
I managed to export the whole “xxx_options” table now, but when I want to open it, it says “ The data could not be loaded completely because the maximum number of characters per cell was exceeded. ” It would really be great, if the plugin-maker(s) could offer any solution for exporting and importing the plugin-data. I’d also be interested in a pay-version of the plugin, if that would offer an export/import solution. (Otherwise this would rather develop into a phpMyAdmin SQL topic here.)
