Hi We’re trying to export data using the “ Export User Data ” plugin. We see the fields we made through “bbp profile information” in the export, but the fields are empty. Can you help? On a side note, we don’t see these custom fields in the backend view of a users profile either. Thanks! https://wordpress.org/plugins/bbp-profile-information/ The data is stored to the user_meta table, and the plugin says it exports metadata. when you say : We see the fields we made through “bbp profile information” in the export, but the fields are empty. do you mean they are in then csv but empty – you should see them as rpi_label1, pri_label2 etc. That you don’t see then in the backend should not make a difference, but I never rule anything out ! Hi Robin do you mean they are in then csv but empty – you should see them as I see the field labels, but the data, per user, is empty. On a side note, we don’t see these custom fields in the backend view of a users profile either. While setting this up, I wanted to go to the user profiles (one-by-one) and see if the records were saved and displayed, but they don’t appear at all on user-edit.php page. Thanks! ok, I’ve added the profile information to the backend user edit, so you can see that the data is set. I don’t know why the other plugin is not taking the data, maybe one for that plugin’s author or if you would like me to spend time looking at the other plugin’s code, contact me via my website http://www.rewweb.co.uk
