Surprise? Perhaps I shouldn’t have been. Superb customer support here at Draw Attention. I have some pretty bonehead problems but the team handled them smoothly and without making me feel the least bit, uh, stupid. Even when I came back with the same or a similar problem three times in a row. When I finally figured out it wasn’t their problem, they still didn’t scold me in the least! Thank you, DA team.
