review · 5 starsWorks great for most cases. It auto fetches and calculates the state (US) and an additional county or city sales taxes. It also takes into account regions without taxes within states that do have tax. Customer support is friendly and helpful. It currently does not assist or support tax exempt customers (Non-Profits and B2B), particularly for admin placed orders, but hopefully it will in time! https://woocommerce.com/feature-request/tax-exemption-support/

Thank you Shaun, I have been using the plugin for a nearly 7 years now and I have been very pleased with it. It does *almost* everything I need it to, which has been a huge help for running a smooth shop. Since transitioning to working with a lot of service orders where the customer cannot purchase directly from the front end, I’ve run into issues, especially finding solutions to properly bill my customers. It’s not easy starting a business and it shouldn’t cost a mountain of cash to get going. Thanks to great plugins like this one I’ve been able to establish trust with my customers and that’s been greatly appreciated. Thank you.
