I got 3 theme menu locations, 4 menus. So what’s wrong? https://wordpress.org/plugins/zen-menu-logic/ In 3,475 downloads, you are the only person who has reported this warning. That together with my testing it just now with no problems says to me that the warning messages are being caused somewhere else in your set up and you should resolve these before continuing. I can not diagnose what is wrong with your install. Did you have wp debug on? I have experienced the exact same problem. Using a child theme + ZEN, it seems to go very wrong – all the way. By deleting the plugin via FTP, I could login again, install and deactivate.
