supporthello when im use the map from mobile, its not open name of place with touch. how i can fix it, thanks The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link]
Hi, Thank you for getting in touch. I had a look at the page, and it seems like the pin that has a little empty circle in the middle is at fault. The code works fine, the only thing is the pin is png, and the empty cirlce in the middle is not clickable. I suggest to change that pin with something else. On the next release, I will remove that pin. Let me know if that makes sense. All the best, Dan.
hello Dan Thanks for your attention I have some questions please. which type of pin i should to use, jpg,webp, or png but other icon u mean? Or you mean need to change from your list something instead of red blue base pin? Ex.yallow? bing maps free of charge for unlimited or as google with limits? As during/till now, (im sure not asking for future, no body know what will be tomorrow:). if you see when I’m open wadi rum pin, its open text far and big box. https://ibb.co/56Qfyq0 how to fix it, as you see i add now photo for some pins, but image size very big, which size i should to use for image or what I should to do inside the sittings? can you give me tutorial link file for more information? thanks Best regards Tawfiq
Hi, That icon you have use as png, has a little hole inside, and when clicked will be clicked in the back ground. And that’s why the click action does not take place. Use another pin and it will work fine. There are lots of pins there you can choose from. It’s up to you what size of a pin you want to use. If it’s too big use a software to make it smaller. Change that pin with hole in the middle and it will solve your issue. Dan.

Hi, There are no maps on that page. The image pin size is normally 24 by 24.
