supportHi installed the FREE version to try and see if it is worth it, but, after creating and configuring a ticket, it allows me to put it in the cart, put the names of the attendees and when I ‘proceed to checkout’ it shows me the error ‘Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again. I have made sure that the payment methods are configured.
Can you please let us know which payment method have enabled and configured and what is the order total that is failing to process? Thanks.
As I don’t have any gateway set up yet, I am testing with ‘Cash on Delivery’ and ‘Free’. The order total, I tried several, from 10€ to 100€. Thanks!
Okay, thanks for the feedback. Can you now please check whether Tickera pages are set up correctly on your website? The easiest way to determine this is to navigate to Tickera Settings -> System tab and see the Tickera Pages area.
Hi! Yes, all perfect, except this: allow_url_fopen: Ask your hosting provider to enable allow_url_fopen option if you’re experiencing issues with opening / downloading PDF tickets. Do you think it could be because of that?
I don’t know if it has anything to do with it, but I don’t get the button to accept the Terms and Conditions, I get the text but it doesn’t give me the option to accept them.
The allow_url_fopen should not have any effect on the checkout itself as it is used only when rendering tickets to PDF files. As for the issue with the Terms and Conditions, can you please point us to the exact URL on your website where this occurs so we could try and replicate the issue and try figuring out why is this happening? Thanks.
Sure! I’ll pass you the link to one of the products! https://bluesandrias.com/producto/susan-santos/ Thanks!
It appears that you’re running Tickera alongside WooCommerce via Bridge for WooCommerce in which case WooCommerce itself is taking care of the whole checkout part. However, given that Bridge for WooCommerce is a premium plugin and is not part of the free version of Tickera, I’d suggest you contact our support using contact form here so our support agents could help you out with the Bridge for WooCommerce.
