I saw this in another post but no fix was presented. I am getting this error when I try to add a credit card to pay for labels: Error preparing new payment method configuration. Please contact support quoting error HYMNCA I have tried multiple computers and multiple cards. Hi @jglazer63 , Thank you for checking in and providing an update on the error you’re experiencing. I understand how interruptions like this can be limiting. Could you please share a screenshot of the error, as well as a link to the other thread where you noticed it unresolved? This will help us further troubleshoot and analyze the trend. We would also appreciate it if you could share your system status report from WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support, using Pastebin or Gist.github.com.
