Hi, we have problems by saving a chart. After creating a new one and trying to save it the error “Error please reinstall plugin” occurs. The following versions of PHP, WordPress and the chart plugin are installed. PHP: 8.0.30 WordPress: 6.5.5 WpDevArt Organization Chart: 1.5.2 Please let me know if more information are needed. We reinstalled the plugin serveral times. Thanks a lot for your feedback. Kind regards This topic was modified 1 year, 9 months ago by Kathrin . Hi @kathrin1806 . When you encounter this problem, do you have other charts that you have created before that work correctly? Thanks. Unfortunately not. The failure notice occured form the very beginning Hi @kathrin1806 . This means that the problem is not global and only you encountered it (the global version works correctly, we just tested it). Can you remove the plugin, open your site’s database and delete all the chart tables? After that, install the plugin again and try to create a chart. Thanks.
