Hi, after installation, I tried to place a test order but every time it is failing with an error message “Perpetual subscription not allowed”. Could you please suggest what I am doing wrong? Hi @rohanmili You have created a subscription that has a never-ending expiration time so you are getting this “Perpetual subscription not allowed” error while placing order. Please follow the given link for creating susbcription https://razorpay.com/docs/payment-gateway/ecommerce-plugins/woocommerce-subscriptions/#create-a-subscriptions-product Hi Razorpay Team, Yes everything is working if I select Product Data as Simple or Variable Subscription with a Ending Period. But in our website, our products are basically Variable Product with both Onetime and Recurring Order. Now in that case the plugin is not working at all.
