error message on activation

The link is to my site. There is no page associated. I installed the plugin and when I tried to activate it I got an error saying that it wouldn’t activate. You can also use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/ultimate-social-media-plus/ , the email icon in there & the subscription form have the same features. Does it work with that one?
