I’m getting 6 copies of this error at the top of my website: Deprecated: Function Elementor\Widgets_Manager::register_widget_type is deprecated since version 3.5.0! Use register instead. in /home2/mrempel/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 5383. Support has determined that’s it’s caused by this plug in. Can you provide any assistance or help to resolve this issue? The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link] Hi @mrempel , Sorry to hear about the difficulties encountered. We are not able to replicate the issue. Can you please share the page URL where we can see this error and let us know how we can replicate the same? The error would appear on my site excel-bytes.com at the very top of the page. The error was: Deprecated: Function Elementor\Widgets_Manager::register_widget_type is deprecated since version 3.5.0! Use register instead. in /home2/mrempel/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 5383. Support has determined that’s it’s caused by this plug in. It repeated 6 times. I turned off all my plug-ins and turned them on one at a time to determine it was this plug-in causing the issue. It no longer appears because I had my hosting company turn off debug mode on the wpconfig, php file. Hi @mrempel , This is an ongoing issue with the Elementor plugin. Please check this thread and this one too. If you are using the latest version of Elementor, you can try rolling back in the meantime while they are trying to fix this. But if you have already turned off the debug mode, then you should no longer be seeing the error. Kindly confirm if Orbit Fox is still working as expected. Same problem for me with latest Elementor. I may just stop using Orbitfox. Hi @murrayelliot2 ! As AC mentioned above, this issue is related to Elementor, not Orbit Fox, so there is nothing we can do on our end to fix this. You could rollback Elementor to the previous version and check if it helps. Have a nice day!
