May I ask you to send screenshots of the plugin settings? In addition, I would ask you to attach the status of the WooCommerce system. Read more information on where to get the system status . Also, please take a look at WooCommerce → Status → Logs — have there been any errors related to the reported plugin here? If so, please attach screenshots of the logs. As soon as we complete all the necessary information from you, we will be happy to help you solve the problem. ` WordPress Environment
WC Version: 9.3.2
Legacy REST API Package Version: The Legacy REST API plugin is not installed on this site.
Action Scheduler Version: ✔ 3.8.2
Log Directory Writable: ✔
WP Version: 6.6.2
WP Multisite: –
WP Memory Limit: 4 GB
WP Debug Mode: ✔
WP Cron: –
Language: fa_IR
External object cache: ✔ Server Environment

Server Info: LiteSpeed
PHP Version: 7.4.33
PHP Post Max Size: 2 GB
PHP Time Limit: 300
PHP Max Input Vars: 20000
cURL Version: 7.87.0
OpenSSL/1.1.1w

SUHOSIN Installed: –
MySQL Version: 5.5.5-10.6.18-MariaDB
Max Upload Size: 2 GB
Default Timezone is UTC: ✔
fsockopen/cURL: ✔
SoapClient: ✔
DOMDocument: ✔
GZip: ✔
Multibyte String: ✔
Remote Post: ❌ wp_remote_post() ناموفق بود. لطفا با مسئول میزبانی وب سایت خود تماس بگیرید. 403
Remote Get: ❌ wp_remote_get() ناموفق بود. لطفا با مسئول میزبانی وب سایت خود تماس بگیرید. Thanks for sending the status – you can see from it that the server can’t make calls to external services because there’s a red cross next to wp_remote_post and wp_remote_get. This sort of thing certainly affects the support page, because it’s fetched by the API (it’s not stored in the plugin. As for the product page, it’s probably the same problem, but no longer our plugin, because there we don’t interfere too much and certainly don’t download anything from outside. I would recommend contacting your hosting provider to find out why you can’t make such connections.
