Developer for wordpress sites unresolved

They have beautiful products but I can’t get it to work, constant 403 errors. Other POD plugins work so I know it’s not my site that is the problem. Support is provided over facebook messenger, which I do not use, so it’s clunky to get support. They wanted to me to send screenshots but I couldn’t due to it being facebook messenger. They should consider a lot of people don’t use facebook anymore and trying a different chat support solution. The support they do have on chat seems overwhelmed and can’t get to answers very quickly. I gave up after over 2 hours of troubleshooting. There’s no really good documentation to help so unfortunately this plugin gets a low star rating from me. We’ve encountered this issue from other woocommerce users before, all you need to do is add our server ip 47.89.194.2 to your hosting access whitelist.
