supportI get a hostgator error 403 message inside of what it seems to be the slideshow window i’m trying to show. I have activated the API on flickr and configur the plugin in the plugins options. Unfortunately, while we can’t provide support for unique individual hosting configurations, here are some things to know and check: – The plugin uses an iframe to display the content from flickr.com – Sometimes plugins like mod_security or restrictive x-frame-options header settings can block this, giving a 403 error You may want to send the above information to Hostgator support to see if they can help. Note that the plugin seems to work fine in many other hosting configurations. Good luck! Best, Robert

one little and maybe naive question. is it possible to remove the white frame of the slider window? or any other elements of that window such as the remaining time animation or even the arrows? maybe a pro version? thank you!
Hi Ariel, Sorry, just seeing this. All that you describe should in theory be possible by altering the CSS, in particular to use display: none for the elements you want to hide. Hope that helps! Best, Robert
Thank you so much! I tried, but I couldn’t make it work, I love the plugin I just would like to remove the frame, or maybe change the color to black since my background is also black. thanks for your awesome work!

Hi Ariel, The custom CSS you’ll need to remove the border is: .fshow-wrapper iframe { border: 0 none!important; } There are many different ways to add custom CSS to your site.
