Hi all, I am new to WordPress, Mollie and pretty much everything related to websites, so my question could be very basic : ) I am trying to configure a Mollie form to send emails to both the Customer: payment successful and Merchant: payment successful. I am learning about variable names, such as {rfmp= “Name”}. To configure the email for the customer, I have filled the following Subject: A subject From “email”: my_email@gmail.com From “name”: my_name I am not using any variable name or fancy format. Is this correct? the customers are not receiving any email after payment Hi, Are they in the spam folder perhaps? And is the “From email” the same email address as used in WordPress? It could help if you use the same email address as used in WordPress, since the plugin is using the mail function of WordPress.
