I have several websites that all use WP-Forms forms. https://vidriopolarizadocr.com/ – https://alugraphic-cr.com/ – https://todomudanzas.cr/ – https://instalacioncr.com/ – https://kortinascr.com/ – https://gybseo.net/ Today, I noticed from a customer’s comment that the information I provided isn’t being received. I tested it on all the linked websites and realized that all the forms are now failing. This is a recent issue, as I received a form submission email yesterday as usual. Please help. The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link] Hi @precaint , Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with email delivery. The issue is likely because the emails sent from WordPress are not authenticated (unlike emails sent directly from dedicated email service providers). As a result, they are likely to be filtered by the receiving mail server. To fix this, you’ll want to configure a SMTP plugin on your site. This allows your emails to be sent as authenticated, which dramatically improves delivery rates. We have a great article with recommended SMTP plugins and setup tutorials here: https://wpforms.com/docs/how-to-fix-wordpress-contact-form-not-sending-email-with-smtp/ I hope this helps 🙂
