supportHi, I wanted to know if it was possible to use an email template from Hustle as a response when correctly sending the information in a popup, as the editor it has is very few options.
Hello @panconpescao Although Hustle is capable to send emails to the visitors who fills a form, at this moment, it’s not possible to change the template of these emails. You can only use Hustle to edit the body of the email, using the available tools. In this case, there are a couple of workarounds. You can either use any of the Hustle integrations, to send the contact inform to a 3rd party service like Mailchimp, where, from there, you can design and use rich email templates and send the member a response with it. A second alternative would be to use a plugin that can change the template of the emails that your site sends directly, without the need of a 3rd party service. For example, one of our plugins, Branda Pro, provides email template features, like custom header and footer using HTML. Please check these options and let us know if you have any questions.
