Email Broken

I like everything about this plugin compared to everything else I’ve seen available, however there is one critical flaw. When entering an email in the subscription form nothing happens. I have nowhere on my site to access the list of subscribed emails, and the emails I’ve tested and used to subscribe receive zero notifications. I also cannot find anywhere to connect with mailchimp despite your support documents claiming it integrates. How do I actually see the emails of subscribers, and send them a confirmation letter once they’ve subscribed? The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link] Fixed. Although there seems to be no way to alert new subscribers that they’re on the email list, nor is there a way to integrate with mailchimp. Oh Well!
