Elements Plus 2.15 appears to break “Edit With Elementor” 3.7.0 and 3.7.1 and Elementor Pro 3.7.3 from loading the editor unless safe mode is used. Disabling the Elements Plus plugin fixes the issue, as does reverting Elementor plugin to 3.6.8. I’m not seeing any errors logged in debug.log, so i’m thinking it must be a JavaScript compatibility issue. Hope this helps! This topic was modified 3 years, 9 months ago by tmuka . Hi @tmuka Thank you for reporting this. We are investigating it, and we will release an update fixing this issue as soon as possible. In the meanwhile, please downgrade Elementor to a previous working version https://elementor.com/help/rolling-back-to-a-previous-version-of-elementor/ . Also make sure Elements Plus is in the latest version. Hello @tmuka Could you please provide us with some more information to aid with debugging please? Does this happen only when Elementor Pro is active or can this issue be replicated using only the free version of Elementor? Additionally could you please let us know if for the issue to appear some Elements Plus! provided widgets need to be inserted to the preview, or does the issue appear even if no elements are inserted to the page (i.e. creating a fresh new page). Thank you in advance. Sure thing. There is no issue when creating a new page, only when editing an existing page. Disabling “Elementor Pro” fixed the issue, as does disabling “Elements Plus!” I’m not sure how to tell what widgets are from Elements Plus! The client said they mostly use the content scheduling features to make future changes automatically. It appears that the Elementor 3.7.2 update fixed my compatibility issue with Elements Plus 2.15! @tmuka Thank you for reporting this! Let me know if you need help with anything else.
