Can you do the following for me: – Disable the Global API key setting and set the API key manually for now – Enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG to true and test the form again. After testing the form, in the wp-content folder there will be a debug.log file. Can you send me that output so I can see the form response? Thanks Issue fixed via mail. Closing for now.
