supportHello. Elementor stopped loading in the page I am using your plugin. I am not sure when this happened since I haven’t updated the page for more than a year. If I deactivate your plugin, elementor works fine in the specific page. It is not the theme (I tried with one of the default ones) and not the other plugins. In the Elementor system info it shows (not sure if this is related) = Elementor – Compatibility Tag == Timeline Widget For Elementor: Compatibility not specified Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you

Hi @zaffy , In Safe Mode, Elementor doesn’t let other addons run on WordPress. That’s why you can’t see them on your pages. Could you share some screenshots from the plugin dashboard page in the admin area? It’ll help us figure out what’s going on. Thank you.
Hello! as I have told you, I deactivated all plugins except elementor, the timeline and a maintenance I had just installed and the problem was still there. I also tested it with a wordpress default theme and it didn’t work either. here is the plugins list https://ibb.co/dJ4T9LV thank you!

Ok, I did and a new page doesn’t seem to have a problem. Is there a way to manage to edit the problematic one? or save the timeline I have used in it? This reply was modified 2 years, 3 months ago by Zaffy .
Hi @zaffy , Please try to follow the instructions mentioned in the screenshot. and try to commend mentioned line of code. if the issue is not there do not update the page. before updating the page please let us know about the issue , click here for more details. Thank You.

What do you mean as widgets? the various Elementor Elements? Not that I can know for sure… since I can’t edit it. If I remember well, text box, title element, a client list one and your timeline. However I did create a test page with the above Elementor elements and it worked just fine. As general sites widget I don’t think I use any widget apart from the footer ones and they are text widgets. I also use Classic Editor I do not use that @#$ gutenberg. I haven’t switched the site widget to classic widgets though.

Hello! I appreciate the time you spent to help me but I could not wait to resolve the issue, so I just re-created the page from scratch with the same elements and the new page works ok. I can only assume that something went corrupted in the problematic page… In any case If the problem appears again I will come back to you. Hopefully it wont. 🙂 Thanks again.
