Hi there. I am trying to create a new popup but neither the visual editor nor the code editor are visible or working. I tried to duplicate an existing popup and also tried to create a blank popup, both without success. I am also unable to edit the content of existing popups because the editors remain blank and unresponsive. When I add a Media file, it is not being added. Thanks! Hi Oliver, Are you still experiencing the same issue? Have you tried reinstalling the plugin? I wasn’t able to replicate any of the errors you described. Could you share more details about when and how this happens? Were you never able to create popups, or did the problem start after a specific update? Yes we are still experiencing the same problem. I just installed WPPopups to replace WPPopups Lite. We have been running this plugin for several years, successfully, with multiple Popups working on the site. You can see one here: https://bladdercancercanada.org/en/patients/get-support/ (three second delay). The problem is that the EDITOR is not working within WP Popups. Both the visual editor and the code editor boxes remain blank on both existing and new popups. I cannot access the content to modify it. I am able to change display settings, etc and turn the popups on and off. I simply can’t edit or create new content within each popup. Thanks for your help. Hi Oliver, Try deactivating other plugins, Some other plugin is probably creating a conflict. Also please if you a have a premium license continue support in https://wppopups.com/account/support/ Hi Damian. We have deactivated all plugins and we are still not able to get WP Popups working on our site. The visual and code editors remain unresponsive. We do have a license key that verifies when we click on Verify Key but we are not able to locate the email address that the purchase was initially made with so I don’t know how to get into the Premium License Support. Please advise. We have campaigns waiting to be created. Cheers. I just changed themes temporarily and was able to access the visual and code editors. Any thoughts on what could be going on in the theme that is causing this problem? Thanks. Hi Oliver , no without access to admin. Please send login in https://wppopups.com/contact/
