We are moving from another forum that can’t be migrated to bbpress. The main thing our users will hate is losing their post count. Is there any way to edit the post count for users? No matter how hard it is, if there is anyway, please let me know. hmmm… so you would like to be able to put in a ‘start’ number when they get to bbpress, so that they don’t ‘lose’ the count from the previous system – yes? Absolutely. Even if it’s a workaround like exporting and importing .. anything. I’m desperate. quick question – where would the ‘start’ number come from? a number entered by you against each user (if I gave you that capability), or how? I would be ok manually enter each number after they sign up to the new forum.
