EazyDocs – Hands Down Number 1 Knowledge Base

I have recently started a new website which called for a knowledge base plugin. Simple enough you would have thought! But no! I have purchased 6 to date and the previous 5 (unnamed) either didn’t have the functionality they promised, caused conflicts with other plugins, or had ultras slow support response. Enter knowledge base number 6 – EazyDocs! And even after only 3 months I can honestly say I have found my favorite and final knowledge base plugin. The functionality is superb, it is incredibly versatile and can be used with a myriad of page builder plugins as well as Gutenberg and Classic WP, works well with any theme, doesn’t cause page caching drama and is one of the very few knowledge base plugins that looks amazing! The design and UI/UX is second to none! I found most other KB plugins made my site look like like web 1 and were stuck in the 80s. The team at EazyDocs/Spider-Themes have created a tool that is stylish as well as practical. And most importantly the support is incredible, I have run into a coupe of snags along the way and the team have been amazing, going out of their way to help, even working over weekends (and most of the issues were of my own making). Hands down best support i have received from any product owner and vendor. This team care about their customers, they care about their product and want it to be the best, they are open to ideas about how it may be improved and they listen to us no-coders when we say “I have no idea what all that means” The features are amazing also, this plugin packs a punch. It allows you to drag and drop documents from one parent to another (not the case with others), has amazing short codes to add doc snippets into posts, pages and docs, great for internal linking, custom sidebars and some very impressive widgets that make building home pages, KB pages super simple and if you use Elementor you get a massive and flexible block toolkit at your disposal. Super straightforward footnotes section with a number of display options, conditional content short codes so you can show different aspects of your docs to various groupings, glossary layout, the list goes on. I am also not someone who usually writes reviews, but I wanted to for this team and this product because i believe in it 100%. Loving EazyDocs, it has made my life much easier! I love it so much I have also now invested in their Docy Theme (usually very hard to get me to use anything other than GeneratePress. The Docy theme is stunning! Plus I have invested in their new WPEazyAI plugin, and the pro versions of Spider Elements and BBP Core (forums) – so you can say I’m a fan! Thanks to you all!
