Don’t waste your time or money

There are so many reasons not to use Klaviyo – please don’t repeat my mistake and look elsewhere for your email service. 1. Has an extreme and negative impact on website speed/ performance. 2. The last update caused a fatal error on my website. More than two weeks and 4 “support” people later not one of them has even to acknowledge the possibility that it was Klaviyo and not another plugin. (And I am not sure how it could be any other seeing as the fatal error occurred as I pushed “update” for the Klaviyo plugin. 3. The plugin keeps switching off and so the flows are disabled. The “support” team has confirmed that this is a “known error” (that they haven’t bothered to fix) that occurs when you create a staging site. (It also seems to occur when you restore from a backup.) 4. My server provider support has confirmed that then server automatically switches it off from time to time due to “bad code”. Bottom line – if you want a reliable Email Service Provider that automatically sends your emails and basically just does its job, you cannot rely on Klaviiyo for that.
