Don't do it! Support does not exist.

I downloaded this plugin, decided that I needed the Pro Features, but they won’t work. So, I put in a support ticket 2 weeks ago. I have yet to receive any answer. I have tried contacting several ways including tracking back to http://www.firestorminteractive.com/ and making a phone call. This company does not support their plugin, and it doesn’t work the way it says it should, and don’t get suckered into buying the premium addons. I will now start working towards getting a refund. He supports nothing. He’s a punk.
