Due to card testing attacks we set up a minimum donation on our forms. Now users can’t make donations. It’s not our vendor, because there’s still some kid of card testing going on (though drastically reduced). Another strange thing – we can’t access campaigns. We have forms we want to remove because the campaigns have ended, but we aren’t able to access the campaigns page. New campaigns can’t be created either. This happens even with administrators or users with Manager or Accountant roles. Any thoughts how we can fix this? Hell @tm03054 , Glad you reached out, happy to help. It sounds like there are some failed database migration steps waiting to be completed. To verify that, please visit your database update section in GiveWP > Tools > Data – Database Updates , and page through all of the screens (there are several). If you see entries with any status other than the green “Success” status, please send a full screenshot of every page where one exists in your reply back to us. Also, please include your system information. To do this, navigate to GiveWP > Tools > System Info (tab) , click the button to Get System Report and copy/paste ALL of the text in your email reply. Here is a (silent) video showing you were to find and copy this info. https://www.loom.com/share/cc68cd6b3ecf4b32b28f3d6656291ba4 With that we can provide actionable steps to get you up and running again with your donation data! Thanks in advance! 🙂 Ginger, How do I email this to you? I’d rather not expose that data in here. Thanks! Hello, Go to this link https://software.liquidweb.com/support/?_ics=1779903560669 , and on the “Which product?” list be sure and select GiveWP, then mention my name somewhere in the text and it’ll get assigned to me. I’ll go ahead and mark this topic as resolved. I’ll come back and update if we discover an issue that is new. Thanks in advance! 🙂
