supportHello, Woo v_4.8 Dokan Pro v_3.12 Issue: Vendor origin address not sent to TaxCloud portal. Always sets origin address to TaxCloud account store address. Setting address in in Woocommerce >>Settings >>Integration >>Simple Sales Tax >> Shipping Origin Address has no effect on the origin address sent to TaxCloud portal. Woocommerce >>Settings >>Integration >>Simple Sales Tax >> Shipping Origin Address Tip explains the following: Select the addresses you ship your products from. These will be used when calculating tax for your products and for vendors who haven’t provided an address yet. Note: I have tested different addresses for the same vendor that would retrieve different rates due to local tax law. The calculation of the tax from each of the tested origin addresses is correct. However, the origin address sent to TaxCloud is not correct. I hope you understand. Good day
Hi, The “Shipping Origin Addresses” setting on the SST settings page will only have an effect for the marketplace admin’s products, if they have any. It is ignored for vendor orders, where the origin address is always determined from the vendor’s store settings. I just tested locally and I can confirm this is working as expected. See screenshots below. Transaction 1 – Vendor A: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1HSMBvj0T0pgUOtq3r78u9woKtrVmK8Cj/view?usp=sharing Transaction 2 – Vendor B, different origin: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Pw9_FmZ8qd6gbgnEba38tUDqaWwLcgF_/view?usp=sharing Please note that it is not expected for the vendor’s origin address to appear in your TaxCloud account under Locations. As long as the correct address is appearing on the transaction details screen in TaxCloud as depicted above then this is working as expected. Thanks, Brett
