Doesn’t work – Not compatible, support ignoring me

Purchased this plugin after contacting PPWP support explaining what i require the plugin to do and how i wish for it work (protecting custom post types and compatible with Divi, Elegant Themes)- as i didn’t want to purchase such an expensive plugin without making sure it works correctly. Support ensured me this work and would be compatible – so i went ahead and purchased the plugin. Its been over two weeks and support have been attempting to make this plugin compatible since, as it didn’t work with my site. Although they have been attempting to fix this, their fix required loads of code and too many steps – This has now resulted in my site not working as intended, my pages broken and the plugin not working as sold! I have requested a refund after being sold something that isn’t fit for purpose and since i have done this, support has now gone quiet and i cannot get a reply from PPWP. I feel they have taken my money, broken my site and are now refusing to give a refund on the plugin. This isn’t a cheap plugin – so is a lot of money to be out of pocket for.
