Doesn’t work, no price field

i was looking for a plugin that allowed adding fields, that when selected, increase the price. All i can do is add a field, but there’s no option to enter a price for the field. Hello there! A simple ‘Was this issue resolved?’ prompt after support responses could help keep reviews accurate. The current system allows misleading impressions to stay up indefinitely – that needs to change.
