Doesn’t work like they say, and they never answer email

I asked them for a refund less than 24 hours after I purchased it, and they’re playing games and not refunding the purchase. I sent them proof of purchase and other screenshots, and they aren’t’ responding. As for why I won’t be able to use it: it says if you pay for premium it’ll calculate nutrition. It doesn’t. It then proceeded to not play nice with already established, necessary plugins. I’m hoping they’ll honor their policy and eventually refund my money, but I’m not holding my breath.
