I understand that receiving critical feedback can be tough. It’s hard to make a better product, and better documentation, if you’re not willing to hear what users of your product are saying. I hope you take the time to consider what I’ve shared and strive to make both the product and the documentation better. This will be my last response. Take care!
You have never raised a ticket to address the issue. The plugin documentation is detailed enough for such a simple plugin. You have never said anything before posting this rating. I always listen to everything my users are saying, but you said nothing. Again, this feels like a malicious review. I don’t know you personally, and I don’t know the reason for this.
