Checked “turn on custom price box” in general in product edit, publish, box is unchecked. Confirmed by our dev team. Hello @hardtruth3456 I checked the Support forum for this plugin – I do not see a thread about this issue. I also checked the PRO help threads but there is no such report either. I downloaded the latest 1.0.3 version of the plugin to a clean test page with WordPress 6.1.1 and WooCommerce 7.4.0 . Default theme and no additional plugins. I enabled the checkbox. I have published the product. The checkbox is still selected after reloading the page. Settings There is a field for entering a custom price on the product subpage. Test Product Please ask the mentioned Dev Team to do the basic thing with this kind of problems – which is to do a troubleshooting. Update the plugin and store environment to the latest versions. Disable other plugins and enable default theme ( HealthCheck plugin is helpful as it offers the troubleshooting mode). Check if the problem persists. If not – then enable more plugins and check each time if the problem returns. Also please check if there are specific errors (related to the plugin) visible in the console or in the WooCommerce logs. @tomaszwp This review does not violate any rule.
