It’s okay if you want to view changes to your future theme in the customise option but when you go live, all of your work disappears and you have to start again from scratch. It does not do what it promises to do. Yes, you can view new themes before going live, but no, you cannot customise the theme and then keep the changes you made. Before using this, make sure you don’t mind wasting a few hours of your precious time doing all of your hard work two or three times. Thanks for the feedback! Sorry to hear that the plugin did not work for you. I need to make it clearer in the documentation that this plugin is not needed if you are using the Customizer. And that the main point of this plugin is to enable WP devs to build new themes and test things behind the scenes. Again, not needed for any changes made via the Customizer (because that’s the whole point of the Customizer, so you can make changes before going live). I’ll update the docs so it is obvious for all. Thanks again for the review, it helps to improve the quality of Theme Switcha. This reply was modified 7 years, 4 months ago by Jeff Starr . Reason: adds info
