We filled out the “Sendy URL” and “Mailer List Name” fields here: /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=integration§ion=idt-woo-sendy-subscription And since then we’ve received a new WooCommerce order, but not user was subscribed to our Sendy list. What happens if Sendy has multiple Brands? How does the plugin know which Brand to use? Sorry, I was wrong, the problem was that the “Sendy Mailer List Name” field isn’t supposed to be the NAME of the List, it’s the unique ID, something weird like B9FzxW5VwCgSq3IL9rRRBg. Perhaps that field label should be updated with a more useful name and tooltip?
