supportHello, WooCommerce or other plugins sometimes add additional information blocks (payment instructions) to native Thank You pages. For example WooCommerce displays additional information for payment gateways such as BACS or Cheque. Your plugin hides that essential info from thank you page… I think there is also a problem with the social share box because the editions on the subject text are not being used in the shared messages subject… Kind regards,

@unn04 , Just for confirmation can you send us the screenshot of the missing information? We will have a look and update you soon. Also, for social sharing, the box displays the Product Image, Product Name, and product description. Where on sharing it will pass on the image, product link and description( i.e editable ) based on the social share.
Hello @unn04 Did not hear back from you, do you still have the same issue? We have tested in our local and development area but it looks working perfectly for the BACS option, Direct Bank transfer option and PayPal option as well. Can you please confirm along with the screenshots, I think there might be some conflict with another addon plugins. Are you using any addons for other payment gateways? Awaiting your quick response to solve the issue asap. Thanks
Hello Abdullah, Yes i still have the same issue and i have already deactivated all plugins and my theme. The payment instructions and the bank account details still not showing if i have your plugin activated.

No bank details are displayed. So can you confirm? Thanks

@unn04 We are still working on this. The Coronavirus basically shut down all support channels. We are working with Automattic developers to try and find the missing content, where none of the other thank you plugins include all the details either. The issue is WooCommerce does not provide any hook to capture the account details to pass along to a third-party plugin. The sought details are generated by WooCommerce when a sale completes, but a plugin cannot hook all the details, thus the problem. Their response has been dismal to nothing, where they don’t consider this a critical support issue when their staff is limited. The ultimate issue is if Automattic developers do not create a hook for this purpose, we will not be able to accomplish your request.

in settings the component that includes the details is “Additional Information” and it works only with component “Orders Details” defined to “Layout: Native WooCommerce”.
