I installed and tested this plug in and it doesn’t do anything at all. There’s no form, nothing with the order email, nothing. Waste of time. Do you have setup in Woocommerce->WC Return products? There was no set up option. The only option showing was what you have in your screen shot. Could you give me access to your site? No sorry. I will let you know some details though. On the plugins page, the only options are deactivate and edit. On WooCommerce > WC Return products, the only options are what you show in the screenshot here in the plug in repository. I have 6 x published products and have tested the plugin using a $0/free test order. There are no options available within the order detail page itself. And the state of your test order is one that you choose in the WooCommerce > WC Return products page? What is your WP and WC version? I’m sorry, I don’t understand what you want me to check with your first question. WooCommerce is Version 2.5.5, WordPress is version 4.5.2
