Hi I’ve updated the website from php 7.2 to 8 and this is the only plugin that now doesn’t work. Does this plugin work with php 8 and WordPress 6? I’m using Version 4.9.13 of the plugin. As soon as I switched it to 7.4, it worked fine. I’ve just tried again and the same thing happened. Here is a list if the other plugins: 301 Redirects Advanced Post Types Order Category Posts Widget Contact Form 7 Favicon by RealFaviconGenerator Flamingo Deactivate Photo Gallery Plugin Compatibility Checker Deactivate ReCaptcha v2 for Contact Form 7 Regenerate Thumbnails Site Kit by Google Ticket Tailor – Sell Tickets Online WP Super Cache WPS Hide Login Yoast Duplicate Post Strange it doesn’t work with 8, then it did with 7.4. That was the only thing I changed. I didn’t deactivate any of the plugins. Hmmmmm. Prehaps there is a conflict with one of the other plugins above. Cheers G May it is an option you set we don’t test? Hi I just changed my PHP version to 7.4, down from 8, and the plugin now works. Can you please get this working with PHP 8? Would be nicwe to use the latest version of PHP. 🙂 Many thanks G

We work with WordPress 6 and PHP 8 and it works for us. You’re sure it is not another plugin which do the error output. But if not, you can write us here a short message because we’re also interested what do the issue: https://tiptoppress.com/support/

May it is an option you set we don’t test? It’s possible you write us one or more screenshot with all the settings from Category Posts Widget?
