Does the support system work?

I suffer from the same problem as many paying users … the support ticket system must be sleeping … I recently purchased the ECONOMY version of the plugin, especially to have the Lightbox Addon. First I downloaded the free version, and then I installed the file with the KEY as a new plugin. The appearance of the plugin is very different from the video tutorials, the menus are different, I cannot configure or I cannot find the Lightbox, no interface configuration appears, etc … Does it happen to someone else? I mean that lightbox settings and the rest of the interface configuration. There’s huge list of the options. Gallery menu / Themes and there you can modify view of the gallery. With the videos I had the same problems, this videos looks different then current interface. I have reported it on developer website and they replied me that some updates planned soon 🙂 Thanks for answering @sidaudet , our problem is that all these options do not appear when editing or creating a new theme, it is as if it were a different plugin, but we are sure that we have the latest version from your website.
