We have purchased this plugin almost 2 weeks ago because Steve Truman assurs on his website 24 hour support and refund with “no-questions” asked. We have purchased the plugin installed it and all it shows is a white widget. After working on all available options for hours this does not change. Support-Request: No response Some more additional hours the same result. We even installed it on a different server…. -a nice but very white widget. Refund-Request: No response This was almost 2 weeks ago…. -money paid, product not working, no support, no money back…. a total ripoff.
