Does not work

I spent an hour trying to make it working, but with no results. I only wanted to have the most basic function to work: a certain user-role should get a certain price on a specific product. I watched their video and did what they showed, but with no results. Anyway, this plugin looks quite complicated and absolutely non-intuitive to setup. I received a prompt assistance from the ELEX support team and I was explained that the role-based discount is a feature of the premium version, which costs 79 $ per year and you must renovate it every year to keep it working, otherwise it will not work anymore (subscription). Hello @agnoletti , Thanks for the feedback! We have a correction here. Setting a Role-based discount is definitely a basic version feature. However, the support for multi roles for a user is a premium version feature. Also, The premium plugin will continue to work even after a year, but there will not be any further updates and support. No auto-renewal is needed. Hope this clarifies. Please start a support thread if still there is any clarification required from our side.
