Bummer ! It appears that this plugin does not update according the playlist on youtube. It takes a snapshot of the list when the plugin is configured but when new vids are added to the playlist in youtube, it does not see them on the website. So, it absolutley not “automatic” as you claim ! Thanks for your message, and sorry for the frustration. What you’re seeing is usually caused by caching rather than the plugin failing to update the playlist. If you’re using a caching or performance plugin (such as WP Rocket, W3 Total Cache, LiteSpeed Cache, etc.), the page containing the gallery may be cached. Please try excluding that page from caching, then clear/purge your site cache and reload the page. If you’re not using any caching plugin, go to YouTube Gallery → Settings and click the Delete Cache button. The plugin retrieves videos using the YouTube Data API. To avoid excessive API requests (which are quota-limited by YouTube), results are cached for a configurable duration. This is controlled by the cache parameter in the shortcode. If you’re using the Gutenberg Block or Widget, the same cache option is available in their settings. If your playlist updates frequently, we recommend setting a shorter cache duration (for example, 1 hour). For more details, please see: https://plugins360.com/automatic-youtube-gallery/getting-started/ If the issue continues, please share your gallery page URL and playlist URL, and we’ll be happy to take a closer look. Thanks 🙂
