Looks great and seemed easy enough to set up. Past that I can’t find any useful documentation and can’t get it to work at all so it was a huge waste of time. Hi Patrick, Thank you for your review. There’s a ‘Useful links’ section on the plugin’s pages that show how the fundamentals of the plugin work. I’d like to believe the rest speaks for itself, but I’d love to hear what kind of documentation you were looking for / what questions arose for you so I can possibly make things more clear. Cheers, Jeroen I didn’t find anything useful to my problems in the useful links and the only relevant question within the FAQ had no answer to it. I was never able to get any visible changes to my shipping rates on the cart page at all. On the front end it behaved as if the plugin wasn’t even there at all. I enabled debugging on shipping rates and disabled the website cache and it continued showing only what existed prior to installing and configuring the plugin. Past that I couldn’t find any resources in the documentation to help me understand what may have contributed to that scenario. I also looked to the installation instructions to see if anything may have been noted there. I was just left guessing that maybe it is not compatible with my theme package even if it is compatible with my version of WordPress. Hi Patrick, Ah, seems like something went wrong with that faq, thanks for pointing it out *writes on to do list*). Most common reasons for a rate to not appear are: 1) Shipping cache – you’ve already got this with the http://jeroensormani.com/shipping-debug-mode 2) A conflict in the conditions / conditions not being matched. Posting a screenshot of your setup / checkout in the support forums for review works best. An easy way to test and see if a rate appears is setting a single condition that always matches, e.g. Subtotal – greater – 0 3) If none of the above, usually there’s a other element (code snippet/plugin) that is interfering. Cheers, Jeroen
