Documentation / support option

Almost all the documentation is restricted, but the support option is broken. We would consider getting a support plan, but the links seem to be dead. Is there any other way to access the documentation, and is this project still maintained? Yes sorry, you need to subscribe to the free plan in order to access the whole documentation online : https://maxicharts.com/product/maxicharts-doc-access/ Hi We have subscribed tot he free plan but cannot seem to be able to login and see the restricted content (we’re mostly keen to access the shortcodes documentation). The order shows as ‘Processing’ so possibly this needs to be completed in order for access to open up? Is there a contact email that we can reach you at with some usage questions?
