Do not update to 3.0!!! Updating from 2.9 to 3.0 makes you to lose your settings and removes all of the fields from the checkout page! Till 2.9 it used to be a great plugin (does what it promises, really easy to configure) Hello @robert7k , Thanks for reaching out to us and sorry for the inconvenience. Actually, we have released a new version 3.0 with a few more functionalities and few more settings to do by admin which provide a good interface to the admin. Please follow the below steps to it works perfectly with more features. Click here to review the settings. Click here to check how we can select a list of fields to hide once a virtual product in the cart. We request you if it works for you then, please revised the review. For more detail you can create support ticket so, our technical team makes working your site with the latest version. Create support. Let me know still you have any query. we are happy to help.
