supportHi ! I ‘ve created a gallery on my home page . When Nextegen Optimizer is desactivated, the gallery contains 5 columns and 4 rows. But,when the plugin is activated just a single column is displayed Can you help me to resolve this problem ? Thank’s a lot Bests Bibo https://wordpress.org/plugins/nextgen-gallery-optimizer/
@zerbib Hi Bibo, Thanks for using NextGEN Gallery Optimizer! It’s difficult to say for sure without a link to your site, but this is typically caused by using Optimizer (v1.1.2 and below) with the new NextGEN v2.0.xx codebase. I’ve just shipped Optimizer v2.0, which now includes full support for NextGEN v2.0.xx, plus full support for every shortcode and setting in NextGEN Legacy (v1.9.13 and below) and the new NextGEN Legacy fork called NextCellent Gallery . Please update to Optimizer v2.0 , and you should be all set. I hope this helps! Cheers, Mark.
Hi Mark Thank’s a lot for your answer I don’t understand why but now it’s working fine !!! Nevertheless I already used the version2.0 What a mystery !!! Bests regards Bibo
Hi Mark It’s again me… I have 2 wevbsite with exactly the same plugins and the same versios (Optimizer2.0 ) On the first one the picture is displayed with a white border and his legend. But on the other one the picture is just displayed without any border or legend Can youn help me ? Thank’s a lot bests regards Bibo
@zerbib Hi Bibo, On your “other” site at http://college.medecinegen-creteil.net/ , Optimizer appears to be working perfectly, and is successfully removing all of NextGEN’s unused scripts and stylesheets on that page. The reason you’re not seeing the border, is because you’re not actually using NextGEN on that page. If you search the source code in your browser for “ngg” on both pages, you’ll see what I mean. From the code, it looks like you’re using a default WordPress gallery, and if you want borders on that, you’d probably need to add some custom styling to your theme’s CSS. I hope this helps! Cheers, Mark.
