I am trying to disable the coupon field in the cart but it is always displayed as minimized. The value in the settings form is always displayed as Disable . I tested setting the value to Expand , but it returns to Disable after the page refresh. I solved the problem by adding a default value for enable_coupon_field in helper.php file.
