But of course users are able to insert actual unicode in this comment field. That’s a different topic and currently not covered by my plugin. I will keep this request on my list for possible future updates.

Ok, I tested it. It is not translating any :-) etc. into emojis by default. But of course users are able to insert actual unicode in this comment field. That’s a different topic and currently not covered by my plugin. I will keep this request on my list for possible future updates.
