i got the same problem as the person below, disabled ad-blockers, cache, tried on different browsers as incognito/guest but problem persisted. only unchecking “disable tracking of admin users” solved the problem. https://wordpress.org/support/topic/google-analytics-code-isnt-being-inserted-when-it-should-be/ on another note, the plugin de-activated last august by itself, so i’m missing 7 months of data. Hi @eyalnow , Glad to help. I’m not able to repeat the issue on default WordPress, so am thinking the issue is local to the current installation. In the mentioned thread, it looks like the issue was with a caching plugin. Do you know if the site is doing any sort of caching? Hi @eyalnow , just wanted to follow up with this. It’s been a while with no reply, so I hope the issue is resolved? Or if there is anything I can do to help, please let me know. Thank you. Hi eyalnow , I hope you got this sorted. It’s been a while with no reply so gonna go ahead and mark this thread as resolved to help keep the forum organized. Feel free to post again with any further questions or feedback, I am glad to help anytime. Thank you.
